Quechee Scottish Games and Festival has been going on for 50 years in various forms. From its humble beginnings, this event has evolved over the years into a wonderful authentic and traditional Highland Games experience.

Event History

Scottish Arts is a non profit registered in MA and NH and has been putting on events since 1984. Primarily a teaching focus, the organization also provides students with kilts and bagpipes to borrow as well as performing throughout New England. The NH School of Scottish Arts, its associated teaching program, is in its 26th year.

Featured performers this year are Jerry Bell, Folk singer and entertainer, accompanied by Boston Celtic musicians, as well as local favourites The Rebel Collective!


In addition to live performances from our guest artists, sheep dog demonstrations, and pipe bands, there are various activities all day for families with kids. Famed accordionist Alex Cumming will host a
 kids ceilidh, there will be an Instrument Petting Zoo with Vermont Folklife and Young
 Tradition Vermont, plus the Quechee Quest Family Scavenger Hunt!
